Musician Ear Plugs are excellent options for musicians, dancers, industrial workers, sound technicians, truck drivers, and more.  Unlike foam earplugs, these plugs preserve the soundscape. They can be ordered with interchangeable filters that give you more control over how much or how little noise reduction occurs.

Custom in-ears are designed to protect your ears and enhance your performance.  Custom in-ears are the hearing loss prevention device of choice by touring/recording Artists.

Some hunters enjoy the benefits of traditional ear plugs, however, most don’t wear them due to the fear of not hearing a nearby animal in the woods. Hunter plugs are the solution to this problem.  These devices house electronic components that amplify soft sound such as animals walking through the woods and reduce loud impulse noises such as gunshots.

Swimmer Ear Plugs are solid ear plugs designed to keep water out of the ear.  These devices are an excellent option for individuals with middle ear issues (i.e. perforated ear drum, middle ear tumors, etc.) those who spend considerable time in cold water, or those who surf.

Custom In-Ear Monitors are designed to both protect your ears and enhance your performance in studio and on tour.  Custom In-Ear Monitors are the Hearing Loss Prevention device of choice by touring/recording Artists.

Musician Ear Plugs are excellent options for musicians, dancers, industrial workers, sound technicians, truck drivers, and more.  Musician Ear Plugs provide hearing protection while preserving the overall sound picture by evenly cutting gain across the frequency spectrum. These devices differ from In-Ear Monitors in that no electronic components are housed in these devices.

Swimmer Ear Plugs are solid ear plugs designed to keep water out of the ear.  These devices are an excellent option for individuals with middle ear issues (i.e. perforated ear drum, Cholesteatoma, etc.) those who spend considerable time in cold water, or those who surf.  Cold water exposure is linked to Osteoma growths.  Osteomas rarely cause complications, but can cause blockages of the ear canal in extreme cases.

Some hunters enjoy the benefits of traditional ear plugs, however, most complain they cannot hear soft sounds such as animals walking through the woods when wearing their ear plugs.  Because the risk of missing an animal is too great, many hunters forego ear protection all together.  Hunter’s plugs are the solution to this problem.  These ear plugs house electronic components that amplify soft sound such as animals walking through the woods and reduce loud impulse noises such as gunshots.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the audiologist's role in the selection and fitting of in-ear monitors?

The Audiologist primarily takes ear impressions that are mailed out to the company through which you are purchasing your In-Ears from (be sure to bring your order form with you if you have already ordered you In-Ear).  Most musicians use popular companies like 64 Audio and Ultimate Ears, but there are many other popular In-Ear companies out there that do a great job.  For the budding musician we are more than happy to sit down with you and help you navigate the process of selecting an In-Ear company and an In-Ear model/style.  We highly recommend reaching out to a fellow musician with experience using In-Ear monitors.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

The choice is yours.  We will cover the costs of shipping for all custom products, however, we do not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.

Do I have to have my In-Ear Monitor Order submitted/completed before getting an earmold impression?

Of course not!  Earmold impressions last for up to 6 months so you are more than welcome to have your impressions completed and then finish your order at a later date.  Since In-Ears are such an important and costly investment we encourage people to take this process one step at a time.
